I'm all for everyday grit!

However, I do not like that 1 percent better every day. I think that is just not sustainable. It means getting twice as good every 69 (= log_1.01(2) ) days.

In other words, if Usain Bolt increased his top speed by ‘just’ 1% every day, in less than 5 years he'd reach the speed of light!

So, for me, +1% every day sounds actually like waaaay too much 😅
